PRESIDENT - Regan Roth Fitzgerald, M. Ed, BCBA

Regan has over 10 years of experience working with children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as a lifetime of personal family experiences with Autism.  She earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin.  Regan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has a Master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Intervention from the University of North Texas.  Her experiences have provided opportunities to work with children from 18 months to adolescence but her primary focus is early intervention.  She has worked with children across all levels of the spectrum, as well as individuals with a variety of disabilities and special needs.  She has even been a moderator for a social skills group of adolescents and teenagers with Asperger's Syndrome.  Regan's professional history has included working as an in-home ABA therapist and consultant in Texas and California and working as a case manager at an inclusive private pre-school using ABA.  In addition, she has served as the only Behavior Analyst in one of the largest school districts in Texas where she headed up the district's first implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis.  Also, Regan in conjunction with Studio Movie Grill initiated a program to host private screenings for children with special needs and their families.  This program is now offered at all DFW and Houston Studio Movie Grill locations and is now expanding nationwide.  Regan is an active member in many professional organizations and has given many workshops and presentations at various regional and national conferences.
